Architectural requests: You may submit an ARC request using one of these methods:
Send email or postal mail to Shamrock with the completed ARC form.
Fill and submit an online form.
Reporting violations: You may report a violation as follows:
If a homeowner or resident believes another homeowner, resident, or property is not in compliance with the CC&Rs or these Rules, the homeowner or resident may lodge a complaint with the ARC or Board. Complaints must be in writing and can be sent via email to the Management Agent at firstname.lastname@example.org, the Board at President@fshoa.net, the ARC at ArcDirector@fshoa.net; deposited in the dropbox at the Clubhouse; or mailed to Four Seasons HOA, c/o Shamrock Community Management, 4905 SW Griffith Drive, Suite 202, Beaverton, OR 97005.
